- Every student must arrive to school before 07.20 a.m.
- The students who arrives to school by Bicycle should get down from the bicycle in the school entrance and walk inside the school.
- The first bell will ring at 07.25am . Classrooms and designated areas should be cleaned and completed before 7.25 a.m. The teacher in charge of the class and the relevant student leaders should act responsibly in this regard.
- Entry to school after 7.45 a.m. is strictly prohibited. If the Students who arrives after 07.45 a.m. without any proper reason will be returned back to home.
- The school over time for Grade 1,2 will be at 12 noon, for Grade 3,4 at 1.30 pm, Grade-5 at 2.00 pm and Grade 6-9 at 2.10 pm.
- Parents or vehicle should pick up the students only at the appropriate time and completely avoid parental visits before that.
- The parents can meet the teacher (with the permission of the principal) and discuss about their child's learning only on Fridays after 10.00a.m
- Everyday parents must pay attention regarding the students Uniform, Shoes, Cap, Tie, Water Bottles and their Lunch Boxes.
- Principal/Teacher/Student/Parent or Guardian relationship should be maintained to provide co-operation and avoid unnecessary interference with the administration.
- Student must visit school everyday. Parent must take the necessary part to send their child to school everyday.
- During the morning religious ceremonies and the playing of the national anthem, the school anthem and the evening stanzas, the students, teachers, non-academic staff and all those who are in the school should refrain from their duties and participate respectfully and actively in those activities.
- All students must remain in their classroom until after school and must not stay in another classroom, playground, or other place for any reason. Permission must be obtained if going to another classroom for a need.
- At the end of each period you should quietly prepare for the next subject until the scheduled teacher arrives. If the teacher does not show up within 10 minutes, the class leader or subject leader should ask the teacher in charge of the section.
- You have to go to the line when going to another place and back to class for group subjects. The list of students for each subject should be maintained by the teacher in charge of the subject and should be sent to the teacher in charge of the class by the subject leader / leader noting that he / she did not participate. If you are leaving for group subjects in the final period, you have to sing stanzas from those places and leave the school.
- Any problems that arise in the children should be reported to the teacher in charge of the class first. The teacher in charge of the section or subject should be informed only in the absence of the relevant teacher.
- The teacher in charge of the class should use a previously incorrect book on behalf of his students. Where more than three errors are noted, referral should be made to the teacher in charge of the section. At the end of the year the book should be handed over to the next class teacher. The book will be checked at the time of issuance of certificates.
- It is forbidden to have contact with any outsider during school hours.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring and keep photographs, articles, mobile phones, CDs and other equipment that are not relevant to the school education process. If caught with such items, they will not be returned until they have officially resigned from the school.
- You will not be allowed to participate in any sports training without permission during school hours. Sportswear should not be worn anywhere other than on the playground.

- School and classroom equipment should be protected. After cleaning the brooms etc. should be brought to the relevant place and kept. It is the responsibility of the teacher in charge of the class to look into this matter. If a child does not attend school for more than two days, the parents should inform the teacher in charge of the class. If not exceeding three days the guardians should come to the school and hand over to the teacher in charge of the class.
